Resolution 6098 RESOLUTION NO. 6098
WHEREAS, Dr. Emil Alter and wife have offered to sell
and convey to the City of Iaiarni Beach for the cash sum of
;;14,000.00 the following described lands situate in Miami Beach,
Florida, to-wit :
L:yts 21 and 22 of Block 4 of
ORCHARD SURT)IV?SI0N NO. 4,
according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 25, at
page 30, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
subject only to taxes for the year 1946 which are to be pro-
rated as of the date of closing, and
WHEREAS, it is deemedto be for the best interest of said
City to acquire said land at saidprice for the purpose of off-
street parking of automobiles,
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that saidoffer be andthe same
is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RJ SOL7ED, that the City :Manager be and he is
hereby authorized and directed, in the name of and on behalf of
said City, to purchase said property at said price upon approval
by the Gity Attorney.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, D. 1946.
