IMPROVEMENTS SR-440 and SR-441 DISTRICTS

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice hLs been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , September
18th , A. D. 19 46 it would hear any objections
• of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lgth day of September
