BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
rAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice h,.:s been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. hl. , September
18th , A. D. 19 46 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement
,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September
