Resolution 6116 RESOLUTION NO. 6116
WHEREAS, it is deemed by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, to be for the best interest of said City
to enter into a lease with the Automatic Signal Corporation
covering certain traffic control equipment ; and
WHEREAS, the form of a lease has been prepared and submitted
to the City Council and with the terms thereof the City Council
is familiar;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
contract in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of September, A. D. 1946.
