WHEREAS, SANITARY Sewer IMPROVEMENTs SR-435, SR-436,
SR-437, SR-438 and . SR-439 Districts SR-435, SR-436 SR-437,
SR-438 and SR-x+39
has been completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Covr.cil
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. on October 16 A. D. ,

Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
Or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
