SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED EY THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter :
SK-120 A five foot (51 ) concrete sidewalk on the East and West
side of Harding "venue from a point at or near the
northerly line of Seventy-first (71st) Street to a point
at or near the southerly line of Seventy-second (72nd)
Street.
As said Harding Avenue and Seventy-First (71st) Street
are shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-one (21) ,
Page Fifty-four (54) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida and as said Seventy-second (72nd) Street
is described and named in Resolution No. 6111 passed and
adopted by the Miami Beach City Council September 16,
1946.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other Surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services , abstracts , etc . , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-120, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK-120.
