RESOLUTION NO. 6137
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-292 DISTRICT H-292
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution passed and
adopted on the 2nd day of October, 194-6
the Highway Improvement H-292,
District H-292 , and the City Engineer has prepared
and filed with the City Clerk plans and epecifications of
su3h improvmen: and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication
as recuired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 16th day of October, 19 ,.6 ,
at the City Hall in said City at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , re-
ceive and hear objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement,
and no objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improve-
ment .H-292 , District H-292 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 4,811.95 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current 'Fund Surplus,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City Forces without contract.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, A.D.
