Rescinded by Resolution No. 6192
"YHETEAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and
of the inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for the purpose of
automobile narking lots, the following described lands, situate,
lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Lots 11 and 12 of Block 64 of
LINCOLN SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 9, at page 69, of the
Public Records of Dade County,
Florida .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to all of the above-described property
be acquired for development , use and maintenance for the purpose
of automobile parking lots for the benefit of said City and its
inhabitants and that the City Attorney be and he is hereby auth-
orized and directed to institute the necessary legal proceedin-;s
in the name of said City in the exercise of its right of eminent
domain for the condemnation of said property for the purpose of
automobile parking lots.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, A. D. 1946 .
