RESOLUTION NO. 61+7
WHEREAS, City Council of the City of i'iiami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 2b9, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Iiiami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit :
To amend Section 5 of said ordinance by adding thereto,
at the end thereof, the following:
"13. Private Schools , only upon approval
and permit by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach"
and by eliminating from Section 5-A, the following :
"19. Private Schools, only upon approval
and permit by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach. "
NOi, THEREFORE, BE IT RrSOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and
is hereby called to be held on the 1+th day of December, A. D.
1946, at 10 :00 o ' clock, A. M. in the Council Chambers, in the
City Hall, Miami Beach, .Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER Rt:SOLlfa) that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing by publishing
notice thereof in the Evening Sun and Daily Tropics, a news-
paper of general circulation in said City of Miami Beach in
conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, a. D. 1946.
