Resolution 6152 RESOLUTION NO. 6152
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend
its funds for water works or sewerage systems; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the following
described plans, to-wit:
Contract 48-SR, Proposed Sanitary Sewers in
Tatum Waterway Subdivision, City of Miami
Beach, Florida, dated November, 1946,
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State
Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said
Florida State Board of Health for approval of said plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and accept
said plans and that Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager, be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to submit for consideration and
approval to the Florida State Board of Health the above-described
plans.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December , A.D.1946.
