Resolution 6153 RESOLUTION NO. 6153
WHEREAS, IRVING WOLOSON and ROSE WOLOSON, his wife, are
the owners of the fee simple title to the following described
property situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lots Twenty-one (21) to Twenty-nine
(29) , inclusive , Block Thirty (30) ,
Miami View Section, Part One ( 1) ,
ISLE OF NORMANDY, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
34 at page 80 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, together
with all rights appurtenant thereto,
and
WHEREAS, said Irving Woloson and wife have offered to the
City of Miami Beach, in consideration of the sum of p10.00, an
option or right to purchase said lands on or before February 2nd,
1947, at and for the total purchase price of w40,000.00, payable
in cash, and
WHEREAS, the option agreement has been prepared and presented
to the City Council of said City with the terms of which said
City Council is familiar,and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to the best interest of
said City to avail itself of the offer so made,
NOW, ThER.FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said offer be and the same is
hereby accepted and the City Manager and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to acquire said option
by payment to Irving Woloson and Rose Woloson, his wife, for and
on behalf of said City, of the sum of 41;10.00 from funds of said
City available for such purpose.
