SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of' TIT: CITY OF MIAMI PEACH ;.FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-119 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the West side of
Liberty Avenue from a point at or near the northerly
line of Twentieth (20th) Street to a point at or near
one hundred twenty five feet (125 ' ) northerly.

As said Avenue and Street are shown on Plat recorded in
Plat Book five (5) , Page seven (7) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Avenue and Streets
are named and designated in City of Iriiami Beach Ordinance
Number 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other Surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates , the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
ol( abutting property.

This Irnprpvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-119, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be ::made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK-11g.
