WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer IMPROVEMENTS A DSR-45 9, SR-450
SR-443, SR-444, SR-445, SR- Districts SR-443, SR-444, SR-445, SR-
• 446, SR-449, SR-450 AND SR-451, 446, SR-449, SR-450 and SR-
hayebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements 451
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. on February 19, A. D. ,
1947, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th day of February,
A. D. 1947.
