BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
Or MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice h<:s been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , February
19 , A. D. 19 47,it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as complted, be and the same are hereby accepted.
