BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF bIAYI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-462 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the center line of Bonita Drive from a
point approximately sixty (60) feet south of the
south property line of Seventy-first (71st) Street
to a point at or near the south property line of
Lot Six (6) , Block Seventeen (17) , Normandy Beach
South.
Together with a six (6 ) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral to the line of approximately each sixty
(60) feet of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Drive, Street, Lot, Block, and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-
one (21) , Page Fifty-four (54)sof the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida , and as said Drive is named
and designated in Ordinance No . 303.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
estimates, the printing andpublication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services ,
abstracts , etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments,
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-462, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-462.
