SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-458, SR-461 DISTRI TS SR-x-58, SR-x-61
AND SR-x+62 AND SR-462
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of' June, 19 )+7, the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements designated as Sani ry6ewer
Improvements SR-x+58, SR-x+61 andf rl c ts SR-458, SR-461 and SR-462,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvements and estimates
of the cost thereof, including .* estimatesof the incidental •
e: :onses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
matesof cost and estimatesof incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
2nd day of July, 19 47, at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolutionsordering
said improvements
