Resolution 6192 RESOLUTION NO. 6192
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of November, 1946, the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , passed and adopted its reso-
lution No. 6146,authorizing and directing the City Attorney to in-
stitute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City
for the condemnation, for the purpose of automobile parking lots,
the following described lands, situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 11 and 12 of Block 64 of
LINCOLN SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 9, at page 69, of
the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be to the best interest of said City
to rescind said resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that Resolution No. 6146,heretofore passed
and adopted by said City Council be and the same is hereby rescinded.
PASS1aD and ADOPTED this 19th. day of February, A. D. 1947.
