A RESOLUTION CALLING`- A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SK-120
SK-120 AND SK-121 AND SK-121
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements in
a cordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30,
of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 A. M. on July 14, A. D. 1947,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July,
A. D. 1947.
