BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
01:' MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
That notice h; been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o I clock A. M. , March 5,
, A. D. 19+7 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
