SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-463 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the easterly curb line of Atlantic Way
from a point at or near the center line of Seventy-
eighth (78th) Street to a point approximately one
hundred twenty-five (125) feet south of said center
line of Seventy-eighth (78th) Street.
As said Way and Street are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book Thirty-one (31) , Page Forty (40) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said
Street and Way are named and designated in Ordinance •
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation bf Plans and Specifications and
estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-463, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-463.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF July A.D. 1947.
