BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NIAMI PEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. , August
6 , A. D. 1911 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented., said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same i hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th\ day of August,
