WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS SK-116,

SK-117 and SK-119, Districts SK-116, SK-117 and SK-119,
havebeen completed and acceptance of said imnrovement5
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to bo given in accordrnce with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. on April 2, A. D. ,
1947, at the City Hall, at which h time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
