SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-464 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the westerly curb line of Indian Creek
Drive from a point at or near the northerly curb
line of Sixty-third (63rd) Street to a point at or
near the northerly lot line of Lot Six (6) , Block
Three (3) , Amended Plat of Second Ocean Front
Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral to the line of approximately each seventy-
five (75) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Street, Drive , Lot, block, and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-
eight (28) at Page Twenty-eight (28) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida , and as said Drive
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 495.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services ,
abstracts, etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-464, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-464.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF August, A.D. 1947.
