BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. , August 20,
, A. D. 1947, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimprovement as to the acceptancethereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
