SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-466 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Abbott Avenue from
a point at or near the northerly line, produced
westerly of Lot Three (3) , Block Eight (8) , Altos
del Mar No. 3 to a point at or near the northerly
line produced westerly, of Lot Two (2) , said Block
and Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of said
Lot Two (2) , as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) ,
Page Forty-one (41) , of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Abbott Avenue
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
inyendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR.466, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-466.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF August, A .D.1947.
