Resolution 6254 RESOLUTION NO. 6251+
WHEREAS, constant test and training flights of
airplanes over the City of Miami Beach have caused great
annoyance to the citizens thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that protest be and the
same is hereby made to the Civil Aeronautics Authority against
aviation test and training flights over the City of Miami Beach,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Civil Aeronautics
Authority be and they are hereby requested to take whatever
steps are necessary to eliminate all such flights over said
City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, A. D. 1947.
