TH hEAS, on the 20th day of August, 1947, the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements desi,__^.ted as Sanitary Sewer
Improvements SR-1+65 and SR-466,Dis trie s SR-465 and SR-466,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvements and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
e: 2Qnses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Er.gineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
3rd day of Septemberl947 , at 10 :00 otclock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolutionSordering
said improvements .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, A. D. ,
1947 .
