RESOLUTION TO. 6256
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-456 SR-456
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter :
SR-456 The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary man-
holes and appurtenances .
At or near the easterly curb line of Collins
Avenue from a point one hundred thirty-eight
(138) feet south of the center line of Eighty-
third (83rd) Street to a point at or near the
center line of Ei> hty-second (82nd) Street.
At or near the easterly curb line of Atlantic
Way from a point at or near the center line
of Eighty-second (82nd) Street to a point
approximately sixty-six (66) feet north of said
center line of Eighty-second (82nd) Street.
As said Avenue, Way, and Streets are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-one (31) ,
Page Forty (40) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Streets and Way
are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction , legal ser-
vices , abstracts , etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
propert7.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-456 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-456.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF April, A .D. 1947.
