SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEEENTS SR-456 AND SR-457 DISTRICTS SR-456 AND
SR-457
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of April, 1.947, the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements desiznated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvements SR-456 and SR-457,Districts SR-456 and SR-457,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvements and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidenta].
e: 'tenses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Cleric.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hal]. in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
16th day of April, 1947 , at 10 :00 o ' clock A. Y. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolutions ordering
said improvements .

1947 .
