A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING

OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.

complet;:d by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of
the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter '6hat a meeting of thy' City Council Will be held
at ten o' clock A.M. September 17, A. D. 1947 ,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll.
