BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. , September
17th , A. D. 191+7 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimprovement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
DS completed, be and the same ?s, hereby accepted.
