BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at o meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. , October 1,
, A. D. 1947, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same ere horeby accepted.
