Resolution 6272 RESOLUTION NO. 6272
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of •
Miami Beach, Florida, that the Members of the Legislature
of the State of Florida be and they are hereby requested
and urged to enact the necessary legislation at the 1947
Session of the Legislature to return to the municipalities
of the State that portion of the state tax now imposed
on cigarettes which is collected within the municipality,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk forward
to each of the Dade County Members of the Legislature a
certified copy of this resolution.
