RESOLUTION NO. 6275
SANITARY SEWER LATERAL DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SL-19 SL-19
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter :
SL-19 The laying underground of six (6 ) inch terra cotta
sower laterals as a separate improvement from the
existing sanitary sewer to the line of Lots Six
(6 ) , Eleven (11) , Fifteen (15) , and Sixteen (16) ,
Block Forty (40) ; Lots Eleven (11) , Thirteen (13 ) ,
Fifteen (15 ) , and Sixteen (16 ) , Block Forty-one
(41) ; Lots One (1) , Two (2 ) , Three (3 ) , Five (5) ,
Seven (7 ) , Eight (8) , and Twelve (12 ) , Block Forty-
two (42 ) ; Lots Three (3) and Thirteen (13) , Block
Forty-three (43) ; Lot Two (2 ) , Block Forty-four
(44) ; Lots One (1) , Two (2) Seven (7 ) , Eight (8) ,
Eleven (11) , and Twelve (12) , Block Forty-five (45) ;
Lots Seven (7) , Eight (8) , Nine (9) , Eleven (11) ,
Thirteen (13) , Fourteen (14) , and Sixteen (16 ) ,
Block Forty-six (46 ) , Ocean Beach Addition No, 3.
In the Alley between Pennsylvania Avenue and Euclid
Avenue from the North line of Seventh (7th) Street
to the South line of Fourteenth (14th) Place.
As said Alley, Avenues, Streets , Place, Lots, Blocks ,
and Subdivision are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book Two (2 ) , Page Eighty-one (81) and Plat Book
Nine (9) , Page Seventy (70) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida , and as said Avenues are
named and designated in Ordinance 232 .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement with an estimate
of the cost, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of pre-
liminary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates , the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc . ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against the abutting property for each sewer lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-19, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SL-19.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF April, A. D. 1947.
