WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending and changing 'certan of the regulations
and restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida" as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
To amend said Ordinance and the maps attached thereto and made
a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-Family District
,and in Area District No. 17, as said districts are set forth and.
defined in said Ordinance, the following described lands situates
lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Blocks One ( 1) to Ten ( 10) , inclusive, of
BISCAYNE BEACH SUBJ)IVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44,
at page 67, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
AM ALSO
That certain parcel of land situate in said City,
and bounded as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Fractional
Section 3, Township 53 South, Range 42 East, Dade
County, Florida; thence South 1° 411 45" East ,
along the East Line of said Fractional Section 3,
for a distance of 532.35 feet to a point; thence

NOW, THEREFORE, BR IT R:ESOLV F:DD by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and
is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of May, A. D. 1947,
at 10:00 o' clock A. M. in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendments.
BE IT FTTRT II R RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the
Evening Sun and Daily Tropics, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21
of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
