BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. ,
May 7th , A. D. 1947 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimprovement as to the acceptan thereof, and
no objections having, been presented, said improvement ,
es completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th, day of May,
