BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF P IAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. ,
May 21 , A. D. 19 47, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des—
ignatedimrrovement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented., said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same ins, hereby accepted.
