A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF DUPLICATE TAX SALE CERTIFICATES.
WHEREAS, it has been made to appear to the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that certain tax
sale certificates issued to Theodorus Bailey covering delinquent
City of Miami Beach taxes against the following described pro-
perty, situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Fractional SWi of SV 4 of SW1 of
Section 10, Township 54 South,
Range 42 East ,
said Tax Sale Certificates being described as follows-
Certificate No. 805 dated June 3, 1929, for delinquent City of
Miami Beach taxes for the year 1928, in the amount of X392.90;
Certificate No. 1460 dated June 2, 1930, for delinquent City of
Miami Beach taxes for the year 1929, in the amount of .,)443.45;
have been lost or destroyed; and
WHEREAS, the said Theodorus Bailey, the owner of said
Tax Sale Certificates, has applied for the issuance of duplicates
thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City CJe rk be and he
is hereby authorized to issue duplicates of said Tax Sale Certi-
ficates in the name of Theodorus Bailey.
