Dear Arva,
As I discussed with Howard this morning, the Executive Committee
of Pillars will meet on February 18 to endorse our project.
Subsequent to that meeting, you, Howard and I , along with Gerald
K. Schwartz and Tony Naboa, Chairman of the Chamber, will meet
to finalize the contract. One of my concerns, which I ' m sure
you will agree to, is that if I can' t raise the $60, 000, or
at least 40%, with commitments within 60 days, the project
will be cancelled without any contractual obligations on any
side.
