HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-317 DISTRICT H-317
WHEREAS , on the 28thday of January 19kg 9 the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Highway Improvement H-317, District
H-317,

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including anestimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Cleric shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice. stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 11th day of February,
191+8, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said i:uprovement .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of January, A. D .
