T•1I REAS, it is deemed to be to the best interest of
the City of Miami Beach to execute an agreement with the
Miami Beach Exhibition Club, a draft of which is hereto
attached.
NO'1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement in the name of and in behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of January, A. D. 1948.
