TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF

IMPROVEMENTS H-300 AND H-310 DISTRICTS
H-300 AND H-310
WHEREAS, Highway IMPROVEMENTS H-300 and H-310,
Districts H-300 and H-310,
havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the CL_..a.rter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10: 00 o ' clock A. M. on February 18, A. D. ;
1948 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th day of February,
A. D. 1948.
