SIDEVWALK IMPROVES+ANT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY TETE CITY COUNCIL OF Tail. CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter.
SK-124 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the
north side of Forty-third (43rd) Street
from Collins Avenue to a point at or near
two hundred forty-eight (248) feet easterly
of Collins avenue.
As said Street and Avenue are shown on plats
recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , Pages Seven
(7) and Eight (8) of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida , and as said Forty-third
(43rd) Street is named and designated in City
of Miami Beach Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedin`s ,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services ,
abstracts, etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided ror; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-124, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK-124.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF February, A.D. 1948 .
