'JHEREAS, Herbert Koenigsberg, Louis DeKovnick and Sidney
• Koenigsberg have offered to sell and convey to the City of
Miami Beach for the sum of Twenty Thousand (=;;20,000.00) Dollars
the following described lands situate in Miami Beach Florida,
to-wit:
Lots 26 and 2.7 of Block 4 of
ORCHARD SUBDIVISION No. 4, ac-
cording to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Flat Book 25, at nage
30, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,
subject only to taxes for the year 1948 which are to be pro-rated
as of the date of closing, and
JHEREAS, it is deemed to be for the best interest of said
City to acquire said land at said price for the purpose of off-
street parking of automobiles,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THS CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said offer be and the same is
hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager be and he is
hereby authorized and directed, in ,the name of and on behalf of
said City, to purchase said property at said price upon approval
by the City Attorney. 1i
