BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF Ur:IAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o ' clock A. iii. , on March
3rd , A. D. 1948, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimprovements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, be and the same &re hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March,
