Resolution 6548 RESOLUTION NO. 65+8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, did on the 18th day of February, 1948, by Resolutions
Numbered 6528, 6529 and 6530, authorize the City Manager,
subject to approval by the City Attorney, to purchase, on
behalf of the City, the following described lands situate in
Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 17 in Block 8 of FIRST ADDITION
TO I" ID-GOLF SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
7, at page 161, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
Lot 18 in Block 8 of FIRST AIMITION
TO IIID-GOLF SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
7, at page 161, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 26 and. 27 of Block 4 of ORCHARD
SUBDIVISION NO. 4, according to the
Plat thereof, recorde. in Plat Book 25,
at page 30, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has submitted to the City Manager
his written opinions on the titles to the said lands, including
the deed restrictions and the effect thereof, and. the City Coun-
cil has considered said opinions and deems the purchase of said
lands to be to the best interest of the City,
NOW, T T , "SFOR" , IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Manager be andhe is
hereby authorized and directed to consummate the purchase of said
lands on the terms set forth in said resolutions.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, A. D. 1943.
