Resolution 6551 P_2SOLUTION NO. 6551
WHEREAS, a certain building has heretofore been
erected upon that certain parcel of land situate, lying and
being in Miami Beach, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 3 , less the East 89.6 feet thereof,
in Block 75, PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 6, at page 34, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
and
1=AS, a recent survey made by Zurwelle Whittaker, Inc. ,
structural engineers and surveyors reveals that said building
encroaches on 15th Street in said City, a distance varying from
.04 feet to .07 feet, copy of said survey being attached hereto,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that the
said encroachment was unintentional,
NO1, TH_`=FO_RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Beach, Florida, that insofar as said Council has the
power to bind the City of Miami Beach in the premises, no action
of any kind whatsoever shall be taken by the said City to require
the owners of the said property or their heirs, successors and
assigns to move, or remove, the portion of structures encroaching
upon said public street as aforesaid.
