BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA;
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 2:9 and 60 of tae City Charter:
SR-469 The laying underground of an eight (8)
inch terra cotta sanitary sewer ana necesa.,ry
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Eighty-fifth (85th)
Street from a point at or near the easterly curb
line , produced northerly of Collins Avenue, to
a point at or near the centerline of Atlantic
Way.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of Lot
One (1), Block Seven (7) , Altos del Mar No. 2,
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Avenue and Way are shown on a
plat recorded 1.n Plat Book Four (4), Page One Hundred
Sixty-two (162) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Eighty-fifth (85th) Street and
Atlantic Way are named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper In conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-469, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-469.
