Resolution 6558 RESOLUTION NO. 6558
WHEREAS, S. A. Goodman, as Agent for Fred Degner and
Margaret Degner, his wife, has offered to sell and convey
to the City of Miami Beach for the cash sum of )6, 500.00,
the following described land situate in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 19 in Block 11 of
ORCHARD SUBDIVISION No. 4,
according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 25,
at Page 30, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
subject only to conditions, restrictions and limitations of
record and the zoning ordinances of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and taxes for the year 1948 which are to be pro-rated
as of the date of closing, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be for the best interest of
said City to acquire said land at said price and on said terms
for the purpose of off-street parking of automobiles,
NU1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said offer be and the
same is hereby accepted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,SOLVED that the City Manager be and he
is hereby authorized anddirected, in the name of and on behalf
of said. City, to purchase said property at said price and terms,
upon approval of the title by the City Attorney.
