Resolution 6564 RESOLUTION NO. 6 564
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Manager be and he is
hereby directed to procure from the Police Department of
said City and to furnish to said City Council the service
record of each member of said Police Department now
performing the duties of a detective, said service record
to include a record of all arrests made by each such
member of the Department and the disposition of the case
resulting from each of such arrests, the period to be

covered by such service records to include the entire
period of service as a detective by such member in said
Department.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, A. D. 1948.
